I am a freelance translator working from English into Hebrew. Since the mid-1990s I have translated books, parts of books, scholarly papers, articles and essays for book publishers, journals, research organizations, individual researchers and other clients. I have translated from the classics of philosophy, a history of philosophy, popular science and philosophy books, scholarly and popular literature in the humanities and the social sciences, journalistic articles, and other texts in fields such as Judaism, technology, health and medicine, economics, business and management, security studies, nature, art, environment and geography.
Books, book chapters, and articles of my translation have been published by research institutions and publishers such as Books in the Attic and Yediot Books, Am Oved, Matar, Yad Vashem, Yad Ben-Zvi, the Zalman Shazar Center, The Historical Society of Israel, Scientific American Israel, Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies, Hakibbutz Hameuchad, and Ma'arachot.

Meyer, The New North: The World in 2050 by Laurence Smith, Sensation: The New Science of Physical Intelligence by Thalma Lobel, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg, and How Google Works by Eric Schmidt and Jonathan Rosenberg. My translation of a four-volume New History of Western Philosophy by Anthony Kenny is to be published by Books in the Attic. My translation of the philosophical classic by John Locke is to be published by Shalem Press.
I hold a master’s degree (with distinction) in philosophy and a bachelor’s degree (with distinction) in philosophy and history from Tel Aviv University. I studied cinema at an arts school, and I also hold several IT certifications. I have studied several languages besides the ones I work in. In addition to translating I have carried out writing, editing and proofreading assignments in Hebrew, produced and edited content for online publications, developed web applications, and worked as a ghostwriter and as a software tester.
